Muller Systems is committed to providing highly effective backup systems to all customers, from the one-person business to multiple office businesses with highly complicated business needs. We have created the following backup services to accommodate the needs of a wide range of businesses

1. Personal Backup Plan: Perfect for professionals, telecommuters, and small offices with a few key files to protect.
   ** Only $29.95/month ** for up to 5GB of compressed stored data.
   Unlimited file backup/restores.  Assistance for recovery of data provided at a discounted hourly rate ($90.00/hr).
2. Professional Backup Plan: Complete protection. Same as personal plan plus monitoring, free telephone technical support for recovery, and up to 20GB of compressed storage.
   ** Only $79/month **
3. Office Backup Plan: Backup your entire office. Same as professional plan plus server backup and multiple workstations up to compressed 60GB of storage.
   ** Only $129/month ** plus hourly setup charges
4. Custom Backup Plans: Create your own backup system customized to your specific needs using our products and expertise. Our backup products can be installed at your location. Considering a business might pay an employee $12 per hour to perform backups, 5 days a week, for 1 hour per day, their cost would be $270/month.  Compare that with a customized backup plan, and the savings are quickly realized!  You also have the added assurance that your data is completely secure offsite.

Setup & Implementation Assistance:  We recommend a one-time setup and implementation assistance package ($149.00) that provides you with all the assistance you need to properly setup and ensure that your backups are configured properly for daily backup.  This fee is optional for experienced users or those who are currently using our backup service.  When you sign up you will receive your username, password, client-side backup software, and limited email technical support.  This is included in your sign-up package.  A onetime fee of $149.00 is applicable for assistance outside of this scope.

With a signed contract, rates will not increase without 30 day written notice to monthly customers. The right is reserved to refuse service to Customer and to cancel service within 30 days written notice. In the event service is cancelled or refused, customer is not liable for charges for the current 30 days. Customers discontinued for non-payment are subject to a reactivation fee equal to one month's service. Customer assumes all responsibility for telecommunications charges, long distance calls, and toll calls.
